Tuition Fee and Enrollment AGREEMENT:
Tuition does not include the following fees:
(a) The Initial required Book Fee,
(b) An additional $140 shipping fee for shipments outside the United States.
(c) Does not include add on electives.
Students may work at their own pace, but most students finish their courses in 9 to 12 months.
If a student remains enrolled longer than 12 months, there will be an additional $50 fee for each extra month.
Students enrolling for Second Semester only (9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade) must submit official
transcripts showing that First Semester was completed and passed.
If a student re-enrolls and all textbooks are returned to Pearblossom in good condition,
the book fee will be waived and rolled into the next grade.
The credit card used for the initial down payment will automatically be placed on monthly autopay until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Payments must be received by the 15th of each month. A $20 late fee will be charged for payments received after this date.
1. Accreditation and Credit Transfer
Pearblossom Academy is accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA), which is recognized by the
United States Department of Education.
However, accreditation does not guarantee that credits earned at Pearblossom Academy will be
accepted or transferred to another school, college, or university.
The parent or guardian acknowledges that it is their responsibility to consult with the college or university of choice regarding its
policy on accepting credits or diplomas from institutions accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA).
Pearblossom Academy does not guarantee that its credits or diploma will be accepted by any specific college or university.
In addition to a high school diploma, colleges or universities may require entrance examinations such as
the SAT, GED, ACT, or other placement tests as part of their admission process.
2. Enrollment Authorization
By signing this agreement, the parent or legal guardian authorizes Pearblossom Academy to
request and obtain academic records, including transcripts, from any previously attended schools for the enrolled student.
3. Program Completion Time
Each grade level must be completed within twelve (12) months of enrollment.
If the student remains enrolled beyond the twelve-month period, an additional
fee of $50 per month will be charged for each additional month of enrollment.
4. Tuition Payments and Fees
All tuition payments must be received by the 15th day of each month.
Payments received after this date will incur a $20 late fee.
Returned checks will incur a $15 service charge.
If tuition payments remain delinquent for more than ninety (90) days, the student will be
automatically disenrolled. A $150 processing fee will be required to reinstate enrollment.
Pearblossom Academy reserves the right to take legal action for nonpayment of tuition or fees.
The parent or guardian will be responsible for all collection costs, including court expenses and
reasonable attorney fees.
Pearblossom Academy also reserves the right to withhold official transcripts, transfer records, report cards, and diplomas
if any tuition balance remains unpaid or if textbooks or other materials have not been returned in acceptable condition.
This policy applies even if the student has completed all required coursework or finished the curriculum prior to the
full payment of tuition or the return of required materials.
5. Books and Materials
Students are responsible for all textbooks and materials provided by Pearblossom Academy.
An $85 replacement fee will be charged for each lost or damaged textbook or DVD.
If a student withdraws within the eligible refund period, all books and materials must be returned in good condition.
The parent or guardian is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and packaging of books when returning materials.
Please allow 3-8 weeks for delivery of books and materials.
6. Refund Policy
A full refund, minus a $100 shipping, handling, or processing fee, will be issued if enrollment is
canceled within thirty (30) days of receiving the books and materials, provided that all materials are
returned in good condition.
7. Science Labs and College Preparation
Some colleges and universities require high school science laboratory courses for admission.
It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to:
Contact the college or university the student plans to attend
Determine the specific high school courses required for admission
Arrange for science laboratory courses if required
Science labs may typically be completed through a local college or an approved online provider.
At this time, Pearblossom Academy is not offering any additional science lab courses.
8. Attendance Laws and Testing Requirements
Because attendance and homeschool laws vary by state, the parent or guardian is responsible for
ensuring compliance with all local and state education laws.
Pearblossom Academy is not responsible for enforcing or monitoring state attendance or truancy requirements.
The parent or guardian is also responsible for:
Any required state testing
The cost of testing
Coordinating testing with local schools or approved testing providers
Pearblossom Academy strongly recommends that students complete a nationally normed
standardized test, which may often be taken during local public school testing periods.
9. Academic Integrity
Students must complete all coursework and examinations honestly and independently.
Any student found to be cheating on tests or assignments will be immediately disenrolled, and no refund or
credit will be issued.
AI Use Policy Clause
Students may use artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and similar systems, as learning aids to help with
understanding concepts, research, and drafting assignments. However, AI tools must be treated as informational sources and properly cited when used in academic work.
Students are responsible for prompting AI systems to provide supporting references or
sources for any factual information used in assignments. The student must independently verify that all referenced sources are accurate, credible, and actually exist, as AI systems may generate incorrect or fabricated information.
Failure to properly verify and cite AI-assisted content may be considered improper
academic conduct under the institution''s academic integrity policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pearblossom Academy's total liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the tuition
fees paid for the enrolled curriculum.
Under no circumstances shall Pearblossom Academy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or
consequential damages.
11. Policy Changes
Pearblossom Academy's accreditation status, curriculum, and associated requirements may
change without prior notice as part of normal academic updates or regulatory changes.

provided that all textbooks and materials are returned to Pearblossom Academy in acceptable condition.
13. Entire Agreement

and supersedes any previous agreements, representations, proposals, or discussions, whether written or oral.
